We Underestimate Small Moments
This Isn’t Really About Jigsaw Puzzles
For the past few months, I’ve been sitting in conversations with people who love jigsaw puzzles.
Collectors.
Artists.
Competitors.
Designers.
And the more I listen, the more I realize... this isn’t really about puzzles.
It’s about how people approach something small and quiet.
One of my first guests said something that’s stayed with me:
“No one is bad at puzzles.”
I love that. Because it invites everyone in.
What I’ve been hearing in these conversations are stories about patience, creativity, frustration, connection. The small things that add up to something bigger.
Yes, a jigsaw puzzle is cardboard and ink.
But put it on a table with a few people, and something interesting happens.
I think we underestimate those moments.
Dissectologists launches March 9.
The trailer drops March 2.
If you’ve been curious about what can happen when people gather around something simple, I hope you’ll listen.
